- What do I actually have to do as a partner?
- Identify a firm that fits, introduce us over WhatsApp, and — if it helps trust — sit in on the first demo. That is the whole job. We handle the demo, trial setup, training, support and pricing discussion.
- Who is a good fit to introduce?
- Accounting firms, bookkeepers or freelance accountants handling many monthly client documents on AutoCount or SQL Account, with real AP key-in pain and an owner open to trialling on real documents.
- Who should I NOT introduce?
- Firms that refuse digital capture entirely, very small SMEs with low document volume, or anyone shopping for a cheap one-document-at-a-time scanner. BalanceNow is a batch workflow for firms — wrong-fit introductions waste your credibility and their time.
- Does this compete with the software I already sell?
- No — it feeds it. BalanceNow sits before the ledger: it prepares and posts entries into AutoCount and SQL Account, the products you already sell and support. Your customer keeps their software; their monthly key-in pain goes away.
- What are the referral terms?
