AI Does the Key-In. Accountants Do the Accounting.

In 2026 we started sitting with accounting firm owners and their teams around KL and Selangor, watching how a month of client work actually gets done. Every firm told a version of the same story: clients hand over a pile — PDFs, WhatsApp photos, handwritten bills, sometimes a literal carton box — and juniors spend days keying it into AutoCount or SQL Account, line by line. The seniors then check the typing instead of checking the accounting.

The tools on the market answered a different question. Global apps assumed everyone runs Xero or QuickBooks. Scan features read one document at a time. Nobody was building for the software Malaysia’s SME books actually sit in, or for the firm that handles fifty clients’ messy documents every month. So we built it.
